Our General French courses features

OBJECTIVES

Our general French course mapped to the CEFR levels addresses the four main skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) as well as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, idioms and colloquial language.

We put an emphasis on practical communication by encouraging discussions, debates, conversation activities and critical thinking to give you the confidence to communicate effectively in real-life situations.

With the communicative and direct approach, you will be able to comprehend and use better French as it is spoken in the real word. You will improve your fluency and accuracy in French and be more confident in your everyday life, work or study.

LEVELS

Our General French course for foreign adults covers from beginner (CEFR A1) to advanced (CEFR C1/C2) levels.

TECHNIQUES AND MATERIALS

Your program is influence by topics related to your interests. We use a diversity of materials that are motivating. As far as possible, we use authentic texts, audio and video resources to be as close as possible to real-life situations.

We do not use translation.

FRENCH ASSESSMENT

To determine which course level is appropriate for you, we will share before your arrival at Naturellement Français, by email or phone (except if time is too short). Thus, we will have a good idea of your skills and your interests to prepare your program accordingly. This way, your French course can start on your first morning at school.

Lenght and intensity of our French courses

One-to-one or small group (4 adults leaners max.), tailor-make your learning experience by choosing the duration and intensity of your course. According to your schedules, your needs and your budget, choose the best for you! 

Flexible French private lessons

This course is ideal if you are living locally in Lezignan-Corbières area. You wish to attend French courses as often as you want. You need a flexible course to fit around work, busy retirement or family commitments. Choose how much time you want to study and how many lessons you want in a week. We will provide you an individual French general or specialized learning plan.

French semi-intensive course - 15 hours a week

You want a light immersion program to take more time to discover French area during your language holidays. Our semi-intensive program enables you to balance courses offered in-class with your free-time. You can attend a part-time course with 15 hours of instruction a week, in the morning from 8:30 am to 12 pm.

General French Intensive Courses - 20 hours a week

Every morning, from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 1pm, I give you tools required to communicate. The program contains activities organized from authentic documents so that you'll be able to understand and speak French fluently and improve your talk flowingly and your language relevance. 

communication and task-based approach

Each morning constitute a pedagogical unity which respond to the Common European Framework of References for Languages requirements. This unity, based on a theme, approach several communication goals, and integrate naturally, study of grammar and vocabulary. Each language skills (speaking, listening, writing, reading) are reached, with a large advantage to the development of the oral skill. Communication and interaction are key words of your learning in which you are totally involved. My attention is for you.

General French Language and Cultural Immersion

For an effective linguistic and cultural dumping, add local sightseeing trips or social and cultural activities to your intensive French lessons, and make your stay a complete immersion in the French world.

For lunch, we go on with informal conversation.
